Before your delivery or pickup is scheduled, to further ensure we exceed your standards, our florist will email or text a photo of the finished arrangement for your approval. The order will not be scheduled for delivery or pickup until we receive approval from the customer. 

We might not be able to guarantee delivery or pickup at a specific time for same-day orders, but we are normally able to complete within four hours of order. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

The florist may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery. Please provide the recipient’s contact information in the shipping details when ordering.

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage delivery to doorsteps, porches, yards, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products due to this special request.
